Store Policies


Orders are not processed or shipped until confirmation of payment. You will receive an email of confirmation.


Most orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail and it is 2-3 day shipping. Some orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail and can take anywhere from 3-7 shipping days. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email including tracking. Please allow up to 7 days for processing. For International orders please allow up to approximately four weeks to receive your order.

Address Change:

Please contact us as soon as possible with your change of address so we can see what we are able to do. Once your order has shipped we cannot change the address and are not responsible for any order that was shipped to the wrong address given by customer. 

Refunds & Exchanges:

At this time all sales are final and we do not except exchanges. Although If you are unhappy with the product you received please reach out and provide reasoning as we want all of our customers 100% happy with their purchase.

Damaged/Lost or Stolen Items: 

Because of the nature of the product, it is possible on rare occasions for them to be damaged in transit. Please reach out within 2 days of receiving your item(s) with a picture of the broken item and possible damaged packaging. We will send a new one as soon as possible!

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items in the mail. The customer is responsible for contacting USPS and filing a lost or stolen claim.
